HOMEOPATHY is a system of medicine which respects the fact that every person is a unique individual. It is deep acting and addresses every level of the patient's being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. As a holistic therapy, homeopathy recognises that symptoms of illness are expressions of disharmony, or dis-ease, within the whole person and that it is the person and not the illness that needs treatment. Over a span of ten years I worked as an reflexologist at a local Hospice and at the South East Cancer Help Center in Purley (SECHC). Through this work I developed an understanding of the process of Cancer and witnessed the effects it has on the patient and their families. It was tremendously rewarding to know that the treatments were of benefit, and now I have the added skill of being a Homeopath working in Purley. I know that Homeopathy and Reflexology are excellent adjuncts to Cancer treatments and are of great benefit to all involved, assisting with physical side effects plus mental and emotional issues.
